DRILON: ZALDY CO UNLIKELY TO QUALIFY AS STATE WITNESS
Former Senate President Franklin Drilon said former Ako Bicol Party-list Rep. Zaldy Co is unlikely to qualify as a state witness in the flood control scandal.
Drilon pointed out that a state witness must not be the "most guilty" among those involved. The condition, he added, could not work for Co.
