DRILON: NO NEED TO NAME OFFICALS IN PARTIAL BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE REPORT
Former Senate President Franklin Drilon said there was no need to name public officials in the partial Blue Ribbon Committee report on the flood control hearing.
According to Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearings and testimonies from former Department of Public Works and Highways officials, several lawmakers and senators were implicated in the alleged multi-billion peso flood control corruption scandal.
